Quand j'ai appelé, je ne savais pas qu'il y avait plusieurs thérapeutes dans le cabinet et je pensais avoir rendez-vous avec M. Beerli. Ce ne fut pas le cas. Le massage qui m'a été fait a causé davantage de douleurs. Je n'ai plus pu faire d'activités physiques...
