I booked a 2h massage for the pain and tension I have in my upper body, and to have some moments of relaxation.
The massage therapist was not welcoming or friendly at all. Before the massage, she did not ask if I have any pain, problem areas, etc. After about 30 minutes( never once asked me how was the pressure, etc) I told her I had pain in my neck and shoulders, can she focus there. She spent some time there but not much. After 1 hour I told her my neck and jaw were hurting from being face down, can I please flip over. To which she replied « next time only book 1h30 » massage.
The rest of the massage was awful. I don’t think this lady is trained in anatomy or massage technique. She kept putting a towel over my entire face( nose|mouth). I could not breath so I would push it above my nose. She kept putting it back. This was just a bizarre experience. Does she have any certifications at all?
At the end I paid with a credit card, she never told me thank you or goodbye. This is quite possibly the worst service I have ever received in all my years in Geneva. I was tempted to write a Google review, but I will give you the chance to review my feedback here and consider improving your customer’s experience.
