Want to progress faster, improve your technique, or get back in shape with a personalized program? I offer private Brazilian jiu-jitsu (Gi & No-Gi) and weight training classes, suitable for all levels, at the club.
As a black belt (2nd degree) in jiu-jitsu and a black belt in judo, I have over 10 years of teaching experience. I spent over a year and a half in Brazil training at the highest level. I am a multiple Swiss BJJ champion, a medalist at the IBJJF European Championships (adult) and several Open Championships in colored belts.
I have also won four Swiss championships in Ne Waza Ju-Jitsu and hold a federal fitness instructor certificate.
