toll verpackte Geschichte, absechslungsreich, ganz viel Spass
schade war, dass am Anfang der Sonnengruss und die anderen Asanas etwas schnell durchgegangen wurden, die Mädels hatten, weil es das erste Mal für sie war, kaum
Zeit mitzukommen. Der Akro-Teil hätte dafür etwas kürzer sein dürfen. Wir freuen uns jedoch schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal.

Am 02.04.2026 war ich zum ersten Mal in der Physioptima in Kerzers. Ich wurde von Frau Meneses eingehend beraten und die Behandlung führte sie professionell und mit sehr viel Gefühl durch. Die ganze Praxis ist sehr sympathisch und ich fühlte mich auf anhieb wohl. Ich kann Physioptima weiter empfehlen.
