A plusieurs reprises la personne qui s'occupait de moi m'a fait mal avec la lime ou la pince. J'ai exprimé le fait que cela me faisait mal à plusieurs reprises. Résultat: j'ai une petite plaie au 3eme orteil droit. Dommage je suis cliente depuis très longtemps et ai toujours été satisfaite jusqu'ici.
